Maor Greenberg
Greenberg Construction's portfolio identifies Thurm Avenue as a remodel and addition in Belmont, California. The published photographs show a modern, restrained palette across the home and a strong visual connection between interior and outdoor spaces. The project is a useful reference for homeowners considering how an existing house can accommodate a different way of living.
A Belmont remodel and addition
The Thurm Avenue project gallery describes clean lines, a monochrome palette, dining spaces and bathrooms. The portfolio identifies the project type as a remodel / addition. It does not specify which rooms were added or the exact construction scope, so the photographs are best read as a record of the finished design.
A kitchen connected to the outside
In the kitchen photograph, dark cabinetry and open shelving sit behind a light island countertop. A broad opening frames the outdoor area. That contrast between darker finishes, a bright work surface and daylight gives the room its character without relying on ornament.
When studying a project like this, look beyond individual fixtures: how do the kitchen layout, circulation and openings relate to the adjacent spaces? These are useful questions to bring to the first design conversation for your own home.
Explore the finished spaces
The portfolio groups the Thurm Avenue photographs into general, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor views. See the full project gallery for the published images and design description. The gallery is a visual reference; the right scope for another house depends on its existing conditions and the homeowner's goals.
Discuss your remodel or addition
For a Belmont remodel or addition, begin with the rooms you want to change, how people move between them and what you know about the existing house.
