The California Delete Act (SB 362) established the California Privacy Protection Agency's Deletion Request and Opt-Out Platform (DROP), which allows California residents to request deletion of their data from registered data brokers.

Greenberg Construction is a construction services company and does not operate as a data broker under California law. We do not buy, sell, or trade consumer personal information on the open market.
