THE BRIEF

The remodel had to turn a closed-off Belmont house into one that opened directly to the yard. Kitchen, dining and bathrooms needed one consistent, modern material language throughout.

THE DESIGN

Black cabinetry and a waterfall marble island anchor the kitchen, with the dining table set just beyond the glass wall that opens to the yard. A custom wood staircase and spa-like bathrooms carry the same clean lines and monochrome palette through the rest of the house.
