THE BRIEF

Ringwood is an accessory dwelling unit in Menlo Park. Vaulted ceilings give its interior a sense of height, while a restrained palette of white, black and natural textures connects the living spaces.

THE DESIGN

Dark kitchen cabinetry sits alongside a marble island and wood finishes. Sliding glass doors connect the kitchen to the backyard, and custom lighting adds a softer layer of light. These details give the ADU a distinct character while keeping the material palette consistent throughout.
