THE BRIEF

A farmhouse exterior paired with genuinely modern amenities, indoors and out. That meant a front porch built for sitting and a covered backyard retreat with furniture, a hot tub and a pool, not just a lawn.

THE DESIGN

A covered patio runs along the back of the house, framed by a stone fireplace wall and opening onto the pool and hot tub. Inside, bedrooms and bathrooms stay bright and uncluttered, with a vaulted, beamed ceiling in the primary bedroom and closets built with real storage in mind.
