British Modern House: A Whole-Home Remodel in Menlo Park
A Menlo Park home restored and fully remodeled by Greenberg Construction, with first- and second-floor additions, substantial foundation work, and a refreshed exterior.
Maor Greenberg
The British Modern House in Menlo Park was a whole-home remodel, not a new build. Greenberg Construction restored and fully remodeled the existing house, taking it down to the studs as part of a substantial transformation.
Remodeling and additions on both floors
The project included additions at the first and second floors, substantial foundation work, and a complete exterior facelift. The scope reached beyond a surface-level renovation: it changed and expanded the existing home while retaining it as a remodel.
The finished home
The project photographs show the completed home. The rear exterior features white stucco, dark-framed windows, folding glass doors, and a wood deck. The interior photograph below is from this same Menlo Park project.
